Join K-State Extension for "Grey for a Day," an interactive youth program on July 9 from 10:00–11:00 AM at the Point Rock Room, 625 Colorado Street in Elkhart. Designed for ages 7 and older, this hands-on activity helps participants experience what it may be like to be a senior citizen while building empathy and understanding of the challenges that can come with aging. Participants will also learn about the importance of staying active and making healthy lifestyle choices that support lifelong health and well-being.
